Lawsuits to End FDA Censorship and Destruction of the Dietary Supplement Industry

In July and August, 2009, the firm Emord & Associates, P.C. filed suit against the Food and Drug Administration to end its censorship of selenium-cancer risk reduction and antioxidant vitamin-cancer risk reduction claims (Claims Appeal). The firm also sued FDA to block implementation of certain GMP rules that violate the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act's adulteration provisions and the Fifth Amendment prohibition on unduly vague criminal laws.  On May 27, 2010, the the United States District Court for the District of Columbia ruled against FDA’s claim censorship of selenium risk reduction claims in ANH v. Sebelius.  The antioxidant and cGMP cases remain pending in federal court.  Please visit Emord.com for regular updates.

The parties who have brought the suits, Alliance for Natural Health US; Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw; and the Coalition to End FDA and FTC Censorship need your help to fund the litigation.  Please contribute whatever you can to help finance the litigation. All contributions are paid direct into trust accounts established for the litigation.

We have met our goal to raise $70,000 for the Selenium and Antioxidant claims appeals.  We have met our goal to raise $35,000 for the cGMP appeal.  The plaintiffs anticipate needing to raise $40,000 to prosecute a Vitamin D/Cancer Risk Reduction Petition before the FDA.  To help us meet that goal, please select your preference below and pay by credit card today.  Please find more information concerning each case below.
